Peeknext uses a local license.json file to verify commercial licenses.
After purchase, you receive a license file that can be installed locally or deployed through a shared location.
No account or online activation is required.

License recovery
You can recover your license file using the Session ID provided after purchase. If you no longer have your Session ID, contact us with your purchase email address and approximate purchase date.

Why should I buy a license?
Peeknext is free for non-commercial use. If you use it for work, a commercial license is required. That is how development is funded.
What is non-commercial use?
Non-commercial use includes learning, hobby projects, personal projects without commercial purposes, and evaluation. If you use Peeknext for paid work, company work, client work, or any other commercial activity, a commercial use license is required.

The Personal license is for one individual user. Teams and Business licenses are intended for organizations with multiple users.
How do Teams and Business licenses work?
Teams and Business licenses support centralized deployment using a shared license file. Organizations can distribute the same license file across installations, subject to the purchased user limit.
Does the Personal license include future updates?
The Personal license is a one-time purchase that includes lifetime use and updates, with no recurring fees.
Can I use my Personal license at work?
Yes. A Personal license can be used for commercial work if you are the only person using the software. For multi-user licensing, choose a Teams or Business license.
Organizations may purchase Personal licenses for individual employees.
Can I use Peeknext on multiple computers?
Yes. The Personal license covers one user on any number of computers. Teams licenses cover up to 10 users per license, while Business licenses cover unlimited users.
Does Peeknext require activation?
No. Peeknext uses a local license file. No account, online activation, or internet connection is required.
What happens when my license expires?
Teams and Business licenses must be renewed annually to maintain commercial use rights. If a license expires, Peeknext remains available for non-commercial use.
